After about a year of driving mostly the Tesla and occasionally the Equinox EV it's VERY weird to drive an old gas car. You have to do everything yourself and it just feels "laggy" haha.

But in all seriousness, it's a pretty nice vehicle and I think for $4K I did quite well. It has about 140K miles on it. It's bone stock and doesn't have any "mods" which is nice. So many of these, at least around here, with big rims and K&N intakes and stuff like that.

I'll do a few minor things to it but mechanically it's solid. I will do some improvements mainly retained to infotainment and audio because the stock radio is awful and radio stations suck anyway. I think the only actual "repair" I need to do is replace the blower motor - it makes an annoying growling noise.

The pictures don't really convey how nice this thing looks in person. No it's not perfect but all my coworkers love it and someone already tried to buy it off me LOL. Too bad gas is expensive right now lol, I don't see myself driving it a bunch for a while.

Those are nice trucks. Surely you get better than the 11.5 mpg on the dash?!

I mean when I had my 01 Suburban which is almost the same thing I got about 12MPG on average haha. Although I will drive this one gentler... maybe I can manage 13!

Managed to get the average up to 15MPG today by doing some gentle highway driving (like 60mph)... better than expected but still horrific haha. I would have taken a better pic but right after that it went back down to 14.9 haha.
