The coolant is in between the min and max and i need to top it off. It had a small leak from a hose that connected the reservoir tank to the radiator. All maintenance was done at the dealer before i bought it and idk what they used. The coolant is green, any suggestions on what to use to top off?

For such a small amount needed to top off I would just use distilled water rather than risk any chemical "conflicts".

I'd call them and ask what they used. My chart says it should be Honda Coolant. Shouldn't be green.

I see where you are confused. Ask them why they did not use Honda Type-2 Coolant.

I know honda coolant was green a long time ago but I dont think you can still get that at the dealer? I would also ask them what the heck they used!!

Honda type 2 has been blue for a few years, that's why im confused. I may just go to my local dealer and ask them what they think. Anyway the coolant will get dumped when its time to replace the timing belt and water pump which isn't far off just thought i should top it off.
