Help me choose the best out of the worst brands

I have a 2001 Mustang GT that needs a new lower rad hose.. Motorcraft/Ford discontinued the part a long time ago, and these brands are what is available today. I never liked Gates, and I’m iffy with the Dayco. I’ve never tried Continental.

Looking for responses from you all and your recent experience(s) with these brands. Thanks

I've used them all and had success. its typically user error when there are issues, such as bad clamping.

The Gates part on my car seems that it was cut too short right there it connectors to the metal coolant neck right after the oil filter adapter.

Do you have a recommendation on hose clamp types and brands? I’ve always used Norma but the factory came with constant tension type clamps.

Continental, had good luck with them recently on an older Ford and newer Toyota. Both fit well.

Gates is hit and miss. Dayco would be my second choice before Gates.

I appreciate the response. I’m looking at the Continental as the best choose as well.
