This is our 2007 FJ Cruiser.Approximatley 3500 miles on QSGB 5w-30. 213,8xx miles on engine. I generally change the oil around 4000-4500 miles. Toyota says 5000 but it does lots of dirt roads and idling with the ac on.

This is my 2002 wrangler with the 4.0 inline 6. About 1800 miles on this oil.Chevron 10w-30.
Currant milage is 200,6xx miles.I change its oil about every 2500 . Lots of dirt roads and idling too.

A few years ago I kinda forgot about the jeeps filter. I was on the fwy climbing a grade and something was wrong! Couldn't maintain the speed limit the air filter was that dirty

No dipstick.... late model Merc & Beemer, plus a Triumph motorcycle. Can only get a read on the indicator after the engine/oil is warm. Not a great idea given you have to run the engine with possible adverse consequences if you measured incorrectly.

LOL! your correction is true!!! I also have a 78 CJ7 with the 258/4.2L which the 4.0 sort of came from.
