This is for sale somewhat local to me (10hr round trip).
Any other KE100 fans here or just me? I had one for 4 years as a kid so they are kinda special for me. I'm guessing most think they are lame?

The guy is asking the equivalent of ~$3,000 USD. A decent example with a "normal" amount of millage would go for around $1,000 - 1,300 USD here.

Would be pretty neat to own.

my first dirt bike was a 1977 KD100 my dad bought new... Dirt version of that bike. No power, terrible suspension but still runs today.
Ya mine was my second bike, an upgrade from what I had. I loved it at the time. Mostly used as a farm bike and some trail riding. I also used it to commute to work as a kid(12-16Years old) to another farm. I've had about 20 bikes since then. I wonder what it would be like to ride one today. I recall it being a struggle to get 80kph(50mph) with a head wind lol.

KE100s are cool and could be a great starter bike for around the neighborhood. They sold new for around $500 so $3000 is crazy money to me.

That said, I overpaid for a Suzuki TS-185 a few years ago because that's what I started out on so just follow your heart.

The seller is counting on finding someone like you, who has an emotional attachment, and will pay nearly any price to relive their past. Only you can decide if it's worth it to you.

Oh its not worth that much to me, I'm way too cheap haha. Plus I love fixing up bikes as much as I do riding them.

However I will be watching this and if the price comes down over time I may bite, would be neat to own. Maybe around $2k or a little above...

Mine was pretty useless here. Would bog in the sand and I had to push it out.
