Hmmm, so if I go by this I could slap some bondo on the dents and slap a nice cheap paint job on my 1995 Talon and probably get $10K. Heck, even the A/C works and has a current inspection sticker! :ROFLMAO:
DSM are a critically endangered species

a 01 Eclipse GSX with triple digit mileage, if one even still exists, is a minimum 50 grand car

Cavalier, another available name in the GM stable of C’s. Celebrity was another great car and name. Who doesn’t want a car that signifies you are a Cavalier at heart?

Man. People who liked them loved them... I knew of some that racked up a lot of mileage, and if you werent into cars you really didn’t care what you were missing. This model probably has the best interior design of the bunch... low seats, decent dash, looks fun and sporty.... until you drive it and it wallows like a lightweight citation around the turns.

Seeing cars like that makes me feel old at the ripe old age of 35... Those were EVERYWHERE when I was a kid and I just realized I haven't seen one of those around here in forever.

This was essentially my car, except I had a hard top. To be honest, Chevy had a real gem here and was stupid to change the design in ~1994 to a little bubble design. That really killed the longer-sleeker look and design. And they dropped the engine power too.

I think this is the best era for the Cavalier, especially the Z24. But yeah, nuts to pay $17k for a 4 cylinder wagon variant!

They appear to be in the wrong place as well. Just a bad repaint from a sucky body shop.
There's something going on with the passenger rocker panel too, like it rotted out in the last foot before the rear tire and got bondo'd. Bring a magnet.

Some of these wagons got the 160 hp 3.1 V6. Sleeper!

I'm a fan of that generation Cavalier since we still have three of them in the family but no way would I pay anywhere close to that for one. My fiancée still drives a 94 Cavalier to work every day to save the miles on her 17 F150 and 07 Mustang GT and she's driven it since 2014. I still drive my 92 Cavalier on a regular basis and have owned it since 2006. I have another 92 that just sits as an extra vehicle and the one that my fiancée used to drive until she got the 94.
