I'd be concerned but not panicked if you're positive there's no glitter in the oil or filter...

Any new aux coolers - for example oil cooler ...

Who built it and why? (like did something fail or was it just worn out?)

I'd consider running a bore scope as far as i could form VC and perhaps oil drain....

A local machine shop that specializes on pushrod ford engines.
Original motor in the truck had low oil pressure, burned oil and had the beginnings of a bad head gasket.
Another 400 was acquired and rebuilt and swapped in.
