Vehicle in question - my 17 Sportage EX
Location: left rear door

Basically I havent opened that door forever, and now when I did - the middle section of the rubber seal unclipped (if that's the right word) from the door and won't stay in place.
I think the reason is these small clips, can anyone help me find new ones online please?
I've googled but failed.
Thx!

Doesn't the weather stripping just fit onto that clip that attaches it to the door? Are you missing some of those clips or did the weather stripping just pull off them. Gently look how the other side is attached. The Kia OEM websites seem to indicate those clips are part of a whole new weatherstrip as an assembly and are not available by themselves.

I've had this car for 4.5 years and 40k miles, this is the only problem and not a significant one really.
I've got no complaints about its quality.
My wife's Benz with 25k was in the shop twice for faulty transmission in comparison

I'll bet the dealer will fix you up quickly. They might have spare clips and get you in and out.
