If this is the LSJr video, his conclusion on the oil oxidizing is not exactly right, or at least to the extent he thinks - via the oil initially not containing ester. Sure an oil will slowly oxidize, very slowly. Anyway a short run in a mower = no problem.well I can get rid of 5 of them if I do an oil change on both mowers now and dump it out again around march. i've heard over time the molecules change according to a test on here, although I didn't watch the whole video and wasn't really sure what he was getting at as far as using the old oil.
