BINGO we have a winner!! My 2012 Avalon did the same thing and after 3 trips to the dealer and 2 "alignments" I took it to a Goodyear shop and had all 4 wheels re-balanced and the 4 wheel alignment done. Tracks perfect. Drove it 10,000 miles...tracks perfect. The alignment machine printout showed all 4 tires off.

Mis-matched tires may not be an issue, but it would drive me crazy.
I know it's driving me crazy to But the car still driving straight So I'm happy about that

Did you try bringing that up to your dealer? See what they can do for you.
I called him the next day he will replace them at 5000 miles for the service if there's a problem

I gave up trying to fix the dealers lack of experienced help and just went to guys who do alignments all day every day. This is a tire shop I frequent so the guys know me and always do a great job.
