I didn't even get a cancellation notice this time! I just happened to notice my "order received" status for this 12 pack of filters was nowhere to be found on my amazon info. I re-ordered again. For the 3rd time. It's so weird that they keep offering this too good to be true offer and nothing ever materializes.

Seems to materialize for some. I do agree about the too good to be true though as even at the current $19 listing, still way under priced for what it is. Especially for something sold and shipped by Amazon

Yes for sure, I did have to re-approve my order a few times and even received straight up cancellations (after time)... that of which I just re-ordered,

Seem arbitrary who they cancel and who they allow to renew. Does not seem to be a first come, first serve in how they are filling these.
