Seeing that dash pic helped me relax a bit earlier today. Didn't have my car, and was waiting for a phone call from the Ford dealership...
My C-max was in the dealership for possibly a water pump/active grille shutter/pcm.

Intermittent cel/ wrench light.
Codes pulled were for lost communication with the water pump, and grile shutter unit.

The intermittent nature said electrical gremlins, found this online..

Made the appointment for 8 this morning, dropped the car off last night.
With that printed out on the dash.

2 pm, hadn't heard anything, give them a call, oh, we had some work from yesterday spill over, we're just now bringing it in.

5 pm, they call me, that is exactly what it was, 2 connectors had water in them, dried them out, slopped on the dielectric grease, and everything is good to go.

It did cost me 1.5-2hrs labor ( $206 out the door) which is just fine with me. At least I have my car back.

If you have a 13-19 Ford/Lincoln hybrid, keep that above advisory in mind and handy
