That’s what happened. Went in fast with a bale and trailer moved enough to knock the plate down. Came out a got another bale and tried to go in the trailer but the front wheels hit the bottom of the trailer and the rest is history.Time for my prospective as a semi mechanic who knows a thing or three.
Trailer parked on slippery packed snow/ice. Wheels/tandems are not slid back to the rear of the trailer. If the trailer has air ride, such a trailer tends to bounce away from the dock escpoecially if the wheels are slid forward, dumb employee entering the trailer too fast, clamp lift is the perfect piece of equipment to push a trailer away from the dock.
You don't ride it you just hang on to it.I don't need that. I will never need that. Scares me to even think about riding it.
Just another day on the plumbing job. I have seen worse...though that is bad.
