Used the Fels Naptha bar today lol. It’s a shame our own uniform company misplaces uniforms so we are advised to wash our own. But oh well this a Zote take care of the stains. They take care of the rags really good too. I wash my own rags here at home too. Mom and dad are actually ok with me using the washing machine for this lol. Probably because it’s 14 years old and needs to be replaced.
Make darn sure every rag you grab: hold up to light to find all the metal turnings, shavings. Ask me how I know. The company shares a building with another manufacturing place.

Oh yeah I picked up one out of the bag the other day and had metal all over me. Hated it. I leave the shop provided rags there for them to wash because I don’t care about those they aren’t mine. The ones I use at home when working on stuff is the ones I washed because I bought them with my money so nobody is taking my rags especially since we don’t get the same ones back each week.

Blake: my rags I use are old beat to hades, jeans I make into rags and old towels and t shirts. I use simple green half cup and ALL free and clear detergent
That’s a good way to get cheap ones lol. My grandma makes tons of quilts and various things and gives me the leftover material which is usually old shirts and stuff and I use those as rags with the red mechanics ones too that I bought tons of when they used to be cheap.
