The bathroom fan in a condo we bought for my wife to stay while she was working 200 miles away from home. I spent $50K and three months working on it before we set foot inside it. Stripped it bare, even to the studs in areas. Tore out entire kitchen, entire bathroom, all flooring including tile replaced, replaced all plumbing fixtures, even replaced electrical switches and outlets. Place was literally stripped to a bare shell. Did it all myself. And check out the furnace filter.

Can you say GROSS!!!!!!

Place really came out great. Sold it for exactly $200K more than we bought it for, minus the $50K I spent on it. My labor was free.

Don't feel bad I did a flip on a house and sunk $200K in the dump
I found 6-30 gallon trash bags of dog hair in the vents- they had 6 dogs.
