I know this has been brought up before. We all know that Sopus makes Pennzoil Conventional and Quakerstate. If both were equal in price would any of you choose Quaker state over Pennzoil Conventional? The reason I ask is because from what I've read here, they are both excellent, but QS would be the inferior oil next to Pennzoil Conventional. And if you would use QS instead, why?
Also..Shell oil. Let's throw that into the mix as well. Both of these are the lesser it seems with Pennzoil Conventional being the best.

No, the bright yellow Pennzoil conventional bottles are useful for catching white flies and other garden pests. Rub a little oil on them and the yellow attracts pests and the oil traps and kills them

Now I will have to try that this summer. Wonder if it works on skeeters?

What about Formula Shell? Check out the used oil analysis section. Might add a new choice in your life.

I don't think so. This lists more things that attract mosquito than I knew about and saves a lot of typing.

Says they are attracted to dark colors, maybe Delvac bottles?

While all 3 are excellent oils, Pennzoil is generally considered slightly better across the product lineup. Price being equal, I would choose Pennzoil.

In my case Pennzoil Conventional is always a little more than QS and Shell, and I still choose Pennzoil Conventional as I think it is the best Conventional oil on the market. YMMV

You can't go wrong with any of the 3 SOPUS oils. If price were equal i'd likely use Formula Shell, as i really like the additive pack of it the best.

I'd use any of the 3 with confidence and just pick one based on price and availability. I usually end up buying QS green bottle for just that reason, it's always available at Walmart at a great price.
