'07 Camry - Visor & Misc parts Source?

The current gen Camry is a never ending noogie machine.
Since we've bought her - besides the 2 recalls we've had to:

Coil packs.
Wheel bearings.
& now the driver visor won't stay up flat against the roof.
Wife got mad that it kept coming down & she tore it out. So now I need to search for one.

What are some good on-line or otherwise sources for Toyota OEM parts.
& does any1 have a shop manual source also (freeware if possible).

Try a wrecking yard. it aught to be farly inexpensive as well. I got a pair for my car that look brand new for $15. On mine the fabric was worn from using my sun visor.
