06 Civic 5w20 Recommendations

I drive a '89 Honda and use 5W-20 MC. I also have a '05 F-350 PSD.. Wife looking to trade her '03 Sable for better MPG. We would like to buy an U.S. of A own product... but nothing from the Big 3 comes close to the Honda...Why?... I just don't understand why....

Are they selling the A01 FilTech oil filters?

...or the Honda A02 US version FRAM filters?

I've taken them both apart and the FilTech filters are VERY nice.
