my friend just gave it to his son, he bought it brand new, has 75k miles. Manual says 5W30, 10W30, or 10W40 can be used. his son drives 5 miles to and from school,and they use it to pull a 30 foot fifth wheel camper, so the engine gets a good workout (pulling the camper). From what ive read on the titan forums, it seems alot of guys are running GC and Mobil 1 0W40 with good results. So out of GC, Castrol 0W40, and Mobil 1 0W40, which would be the best to use?

I bet SuperTech would work just fine with reasonable OCI's. The real concern will be the transmission.
We use Mobil 1 5w30 in our armada. If you want to go thicker 0w40 would be ok too. Also the transmission is something to keep serviced. Use Nissan matic J, or a fluid that meets the spec. Orielly makes a global fluid that meets the spec if you do not have a dealer close.
Also the differential should be serviced fairly regularly as well. Our armada holds less than 2 qts so i like to change it a little more often than say and f150 which holds 3+ qts. I run castrol 75w90 with LS additive in it. For towing you may want to step up too a 75w140 though.
The 5.6 edurance is a great engine, with gobs of power.
