04 RX330 rear clunk

Just finished the dreaded Lexus RX spark plug change successfully. Now cruising along in 4th gear when I let off the gas & coast then re-accelerate I get a very light clunk from the rear of the car. What do you think? u-joint? The driveshaft in this AWD has 2 bearing supports as well.

So many miles on an RX330? You sure drive a lot. Have you had any problems other than the clunk with this many miles?
