When you do replace it, make sure the shop knows how to do it correctly. One tooth off, and the engine will run like [censored]. Those Accord timing belts are pretty much sealed from the elements. I mean, it's not water tight or anything like that, but they are not as exposed to the elements like some other engines so you really can't visually examine it without some major work. Hence, my comment on keeping the belt on.
