'02 Sierra replaced TC AT II fluid & Front Diff Oil & have louder noise

2002 Sierra Denali, replaced TC AT II fluid with the same , replaced front diff (old) Severe Gear 75-90 with Delvac 75-90. Used the truck for the first time today since the oil changes. Now, the same low drone gear noise that I've always had became loud, why? Did a good job, old oil was a little dirty, F diff plug had some metal on the magnet. I can feel the noise in the steering wheel and drivers seat, I think. Would new Auto-Trak II fld, that was very old do it? Not sure which one is making the noise, just guessing.

Anybody? Had old Amsoil Severe Gear 75-90 in front diff, replaced with the Delvac. Transfer case had Auto-Trak II and replaced it with the same. Now I have a much louder gear wine/growl than it had before. What would cause that? I would hate to have to change them again, If I had to guess the noise is coming from the F diff but not sure.
