Trying to figure out my ac right now it's 102° out side right now and the truck is blowing around 65° while parked and 55° when moving still roughly 80° in the cab .
gauge reads 50 psi on the low side and ac clutch is constantly engaged .

Update it's about 85 degrees now low side is 44psi and high is 215psi truck is blowing 60°

Ac clutch stays on and won't disengage unless I pull the low pressure switch

Blend door moves when I switch settings temp changes when I adjust temp so thinking the blend door and actuator work finally have condensation dripping after I cleaned the evap coil and condenser as well

I had an '02 7.3 SC.
If I remember right, the heater core always has hot water running through it.
You can look/feel the lines at the firewall and see if that is correct.

One of the Deisel websites (probably The Diesel Stop) has directions to a mod where you add a vacuum actuated valve that either stops flow or by passes when you are on max cool.

The fast/cheap way is to cut the hose and add a ball valve and do it manually.

The table shown below indicates that your compressor is worn to the point of not raising the high side pressure to the adequate level for cooling. Or perhaps the orifice tube is clogged with debris.

Probably leaking, find the leak and correct it, then vacuum and recharge with correct amount of refrigerant
