I always use Synthetic oil and my standard OCI is 5,000 for all my vehicles. I figure this is neither too short or too long and is easy to remember. How about you?

Fram Ultra filter. The short block was swapped out under the Subaru recall at 99K, and has 66K on it. Driving was mostly highway and rural roads, with 2K of towing. 5Q of M1-EP 0w-20, with 2 quarts of M1-AFE 0w-20 as makeup oil. Oil consumption was around 1Q per 6K miles.
