I just sold my 2002 AP1. I ran 0W40 Amsoil SS in mine With OEM Honda filter. Given your mileage I would check the valve guides. Really no other areas to worry about.

I can almost guarantee you that is because of valve stem seals in that engine. HM oils can really help with sealing some gasket leaks and cleaning up sticky piston rings over time, but don’t seem to help at all with valve stem seals.
