Mobil shows the Delvac 5/40 ESP as SN. Problems solved, except for the 40 on the end. Truck pulls a travel trailer 95% of its time.

Personally seen many 5.7 and 6.4 Hemis have catastrophic camshaft failures, due to a poorly designed lifter.

Run the T6. It will be fine and NOT void your warranty.

I keep an empty 5 quart jug that I pour leftover oil into. When it's full, I change the oil in the old Ranger with it. It is nearly full now and contains: T6, M1 ESP, M1 HM, and maybe a pint of 30 that comes with a new lawn mower.

I just had 3 gallons of TDT and one was the reddish color. I added it in and called it good.

I bought a case of ESP. It should last me a year. Giving TDT a try in the 6.6 as opposed to T6.

I manage a fleet of vehicles that love to [censored] camshafts. Never once has oil use been raised at the dealer. With the EcoDiesel, I wonder if the original spec was MPG related...then after expensive warranty problems...they upped the weight?

Short OCI was done in order to gauge the sample with the tune in place. That 40 looks 30 to me and in only 870 miles. Could it have been a 20 in 1700? Who knows.
