Today's oils are better than they ever have been; and they work harder than they ever have in the past with VVT & forced induction becoming mainstream. I'm in the change it often camp.

Look underneath for an identification sticker on the axles. If they're Dexter axles, you can go to their website & download the owners manual. My two trailers have Dexter axles, and JT6 is an approved grease by name. Dexter

From the pic, looks like yours is the 2019 K2 flavor, not the 2019 T1xx (I have the '19 K2, myself). There's no inherent problems with those t-cases. And there hasn't been a manual shift option for quite some time, at least not from GM. I see from your year-old other thread fluid changes on...

In my experience with GM, it's when you don't hear a noise at KOEO you should be concerned....

I assume this is a carry-on piece. Worse comes to worst, they'll just check it & throw it in the belly of the plane. Disclaimer - I've never flown international, only domestic.

30 years old with a 1/4 million miles? EVERY original bushing & joint in the front suspension/steering is shot. Upper control arm bushings, lower control arm bushings, etc. etc. Doesn't matter what alignment is done, it won't hold as you go down the road.

If you want to do the cheap & easy; just open the fill plug & Harbor Freight hand pump as much oil out as you can. Refill & done. Not perfect & kinda chincy, but you can get quite a bit of the old fluid out & not have to mess with the diff cover.

Congrats on the new ride, but I think it looks like a hot mess. I see an aardvark from the outside with the long snout; and the interior designers gave up integrating the touchscreen to the dash - they just turned a tablet on its side, glued it to the top pad, and called it a day.

With no air in the tire (rapid loss vs slow leak), all of the weight/mass of the vehicle on that corner flexed out the sidewall, causing it to tear in the manner shown.

I spray on a film made by Cortec Corp - theruststore.com sells it in a 5 gal pail. It's nasty, expensive, and an all-day affair when I do a vehicle, but it seems to help.

There's supposed to be rubber "flaps" on the part in the pic to keep water out. Looks like they're missing?
