Fuel dilution is as much of an enemy to track cars as temperatures. Higher viscosity helps with this. A 0W-40 is ideal for a tuned M4.

That oil analysis looks fine, especially at that mileage. Lead is realtively low for these. Stick to the 10W-60 and make sure its warm before you give it any.

OE 5W-40 is mid saps and MB229.51. Not that MB specs really matter in VW. OE 5W-40 also has VW 505 01 specification which is significant as these oils have to perform another level above 502 00 / 505 00 oils
