I assumed the Maxlife over 75K ATF was made for transmissions that have some wear and tear on them. Extra additives to prevent leaking seals and maybe more friction modifiers? If it was perfect for newer transmissions why would valvoline make a specific Dex VI when ML takes care of VI as well...
