Does anyone know how to have broken hand tools repaired by Snap-On? I no longer have access to the shop where I worked when I bought them. I'm looking to have 2 ratchets, 1 socket, and a few screw drivers replaced. Please any info would be helpful.

I'm currently using Agip 15w40 during a cleaning phase in my 00 1.8T Passat. By the time this phase is complete it will be too cold to run 15w-40 for a rinse phase. So I picked up Syntec 5w-40 at AAP this past week on sale. This being a GRP 3 oil can I use it for the rinse phase this winter?

I'll be getting this in from Pentosin here soon. Going to run it in the Jetta next OCI and compare it to M1 0w-40. Looks to be a good candidate for the new TDI and BlueTec diesels.
