I would switch to esp 0w30 instantly if I were you

As "Japanese" said spring is here with warmer temps, fuel atomizes better so the engine uses both port and direct fuel injectors.

Oil has nothing to do with it, those Toyota engines only use the direct injectors when running from a cold start, they are noisy and rough. Completely normal.

I'd change it only cause I like changing oil, but I'm sure its fine
