    Wolf’s Head Oil

Hey guys, I was at my local federated auto parts yesterday and the commercial manager told me about their promotion on wolf’s head oil. They’re selling it at $4.39 / quart. Pretty good price, wanted to see what the general consensus was as I might stock up on this. Talking like 6-12 gallons or...

What brakes do you guys use?

You said you use Gold pads from AZ. Do you think it is true that Bosch makes them? I have heard a few rumors that Bosch makes those AZ Gold pads. Besides those gold pads what other pads from rock auto would you recommend because sometimes my customers can wait for parts and need something cheaper.

What brakes do you guys use?

New OReilly Syntec 3 Gallon Boxes

Went into my local Oreilly’s today to grab some car parts for one of my customers, went by the oil isle and looks like they are rolling out some of these new Syntec oils in a box format. Kind of like Havoline or Valvoline garage box. I’m a big fan of Syntec so I’m very excited about this. The...

"Lower tier " oils you have run...

I've run STP, MAG1, Havoline, and Federated for 60% of the oil changes at my shop. It works fine with no complaints and does the job for the price. I can usually get those oils for under $4.50 a quart. Occasionally I will use Castrol Edge, Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, or Amsoil depending on if it's...

    OReilly Suspension Parts

I brought 2 tire rod ends from OReilly (MasterPro ES800286), and 2 sway bar links for the front end (Precision Chassis K750155). The tire rod ends look 1:1 to the Quick Steer’s on rockauto, even having the exact same part number. The sway bar links look exactly like the Mevotech Supremes...

The best suspension parts in todays world?

I am a big fan of KYB, ive brought many of their shocks. People also overlook the Federated Auto Parts "SRT" home brand of suspension parts. Their shocks are good for the money and haven't failed me.
