Honestly, I don't mind the vertec grip since it is the same/similar geometry I'm used to of the 2011 I have. Just more slim of a profile, which has proven easier for Conceal carry than my 2011. I can wear slimmer shirts without printing. Can't wait to take it back out to the range this next...

This tisas is a double stack 1911 (2011) that has a modular grip. So different than the typical 1911. Tisas has been around since 1993 and makes quality stuff overall. I'd say the tisas of today would beat RIA of 15 years ago since there are no MIM parts and forged steel is used.

About 750 rounds down range without issue with 115 grain amd 124 grain FMJ as well as 124 grain HST HP. Osight red dot holding zero as well.

It has an Holosun K/RMSc cut. So a lot of the holosun are direct fit. Irons cowitness perfectly, which I prefer.
