I use OG Fram Titanium FS5s on my high compression 565. One of my buddies uses a regular cellulose media Wix on his turbo LS that runs 5.10s in the 1/8th mile. Stop worrying about flow rates.

Keep in mind that operating temperature also dictates viscosity, and so can which fuel you use. Stop and go traffic in summer, road racing, and alcohol fuel due to fuel dilution can afford to go up a grade.
