Most recent UOA for my Civic. Entire OCI ran premium Costco gas. Re-filled with 5w30 Kirkland (12qts order from the recent sale with manufacturing date of 4/10). Did cut the filter open and didn't see anything stuck between the pleats. Will continue with 3-3.5k mi OCI.

My buddy recently picked up RAM RHO and we were talking about oil. Manual states SN+ 0w40, Pennzoil as recommended. Would any 0w40 (like all the European 40s from major) work for his application? Are there any non-euro car 0w40s out there?

My local Costco now carries high mileage version of 5w30. Has anyone had any experience with it? It looks like it is missing Dexos certification. Now that both of my Hondas are well over 75k, I wonder if there would be any benefit in switching to high mileage version?
