For the CVT only use the Honda fluid. I would not play dice with them. The failure on those is most always push belt bands breaking.

All depends on what stainless it is, stainless can gall real easy too. In this case edm won't do anything special a drill and boring end mill can't do. It just won't happen on a drill press.

A been there done that. Never use JB Weld under a paint job you care about. I think it has metal in it and can cause a small bit of corrosion. I used it on a motor cycle fairing and it blistered after a few months. Any holes in the body, its no big deal to weld a small patch in the holes but...
