I would go with Mobil 1 ESP 0w30. I use that in a 2025 Hybrid Rav4 I currently maintain for a friend. That vehicle has the same engine setup as your Camry.

Wouldn’t worry about it at all. The 3 Toyotas I service all require somewhere from 4.4-4.7 qts and I dump the entire 5QT bottle in every time. It’s always right on the full line every time for every vehicle.
