I was out the door for a little over $10.5k below sticker on my 2019 F-150 back in January before COVID-19. I was very particular about options and colors so that wasn't even a screaming deal. I would think by now any leftover 2019's should be going for $15k off sticker new.

In my opinion the Grand Cherokee is one of the best looking SUVs and the Cherokee is one of the worst. Based on that alone I would be leaning towards the Grand Cherokee.

I'm not brand loyal but I do prefer to buy cars that were made in the USA. We currently have a Ford (made in Michigan) and a Toyota (made in Indiana).

I haven't really heard anything bad about Mazda vehicles lately. However, I have heard quite a few complaints about Mazda dealerships. I haven't visited my local Mazda dealer in a long time, but you might want to make sure you like the local dealer before you commit.

My truck has all of the active safety features Ford offers. I don't care about 90% of them but it's the only way I could get adaptive cruise control. Adaptive cruise control makes long highway drives so relaxing that I'll never buy another car without it.

I'm not sure about the hybrid, but the 2.5L Fusion is very reliable. I would go with the Fusion first and the S80 as a second choice.
