Yep, I would only consider a 60 weight for E85. The 50 should be good if you running 2 turbo's at higher boost pressures, lots of heat there and ethanol already reduces the protection of the oil. Whatever way you go just change at 3k miles (5000km) and keep an eye on the turbo screens.

Depends which fuel, they have screens that get blocked, that's the common problem.

What fuel will it run on? 50 minimum you are adding 100% more power nearly. Any alcohol fuel you will have to run a 60. Have you seen this

You should be taking the highest grade colostrum you can afford.

Just flush it otherwise it costs 3 times as much, takes 3 times longer and it still doesn't work as well unless you fork out for a engine flush oil. The new flushes are quality products these days. They do not effect the new oil.

Its the same in the rail (unless boosted) but not getting there to maintain pressure.

Haha, yea its called a barra after the barramundi fish in Australia. They had to re-design the ADBV because they were chewing through ADBV back in the early to mid 2000's. I think they just went to a silicone ADBV which was newish back then. Ford Australia had Motorcraft make them in Thailand...

This is the old silver model before the e-core. Its a very good filter, not sure what the new ones are like. This has 5K miles on it which were fairly sedate miles waiting for my new tune. Oil was 5w-50 Nulon Racing. This is the best design ADBV I have seen on any filter so far, it is so pliable...

I am a big fan of quality engine flushes but you don't need ceratec with that quality oil.

Oil is about performance to me all of today's oils will make your engine last but I cannot afford to lose 1+hp at anytime 😁
