    TC dimension rifle

The longest actual range we have here is in rothstern and its only 250 meters iirc. My friends acreage is basically side road to side road which I think is a full mile. The house is set way back but there is a huge field up front. The last 100 yards before the road is solid treeline that you...

    My Dillon 550 life cost

Wow. That's a serious set up. I just bought the Lee turret press. It's not the 1000 progressive press. It only does one round at a time however I can start with clean brass and finish the round then move on to the next, rather then do each step then changing the die. If I was going to buy...

    Automotive engineers and oil

There was a time when I drank the cafe kool aid and swore 20 grades were junk and engines that used it were going to dissolve. That was 15 years ago. For example the Ford 4.6L 2v. Originally called for a 5w-30 in 1996. In 2000 it got back spec'd to a 20 grade, along with the 5.4l in all the...

Comparing Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) with Mos2

From what I've read mos2 has the lowest co-efficient of friction of anything on earth. So does tungsten disulfide beat it,or does it plate easier. What is the benefit that makes it cost so much considering mos2 can be had for under 10 bucks a can.

liquimoly oil saver does it work?

Mos2 is an anti-friction additive. Motor oil saver is a seal sweller and oil change interval extender. Motor oil saver contains boron and some kind of ester, that's why it helps seals and helps extend intervals because it raises tbn. Mos2 does nothing for seals however if consumption is due to...

    20W50 in a Ford 4.6 3V Question

That engine calls for a 20 grade here and they last forever even with "thin" oil. 20w-50 will make that engine sluggish but no harm will come. How does it run. Kinda kicks sand in the face of those who believe the cam phasers won't operate properly unless a 5w-20 is used.

1000 bucks. I got one matching numbers made in 58 last week for way cheaper than that. Shoots flat with gp-11 to 200 yards and at 300 it's drop is at most 3". I absolutely love this rifle. The old mosin nagant is a slug in comparison. And I love the bolt. Neat idea. My stock is beat up...
