Food for thought, I'm sure the truck's computer knows the exact oil pressure. Perhaps a bluetooth OBDII scan tool and an app for your phone like Torque will tell you what the real oil pressure is.

Buy some super duper filter and change it every couple of oil changes if your engine is clean, maybe at 10k or 15k. Get an oil extractor and suck the old oil out from the dipstick tube, pour in fresh oil, done. Find a friend with a house or find a parking lot to change the filter when its time.

OP, keep doing what you are doing! You mention that you have a good stock of oil so no need for VRP or HPL yet, but I vote adding a quart of HPL's EC-30 for each OCI, shooting for 5k OCI's. It will help clean that varnish over time.
