The truck frame is in good shape, but the body of the truck is pretty rusty. Rockers are gone, doors are rusty. I spray the whole bottom of the truck frame with fluid film every year to keep the rust at bay.

Maybe put a tablespoon or 2 of motor oil in , and roll it around so it coats the interior of the filter

I was hoping for 10, but this filter was in a highly corrosive environment a lot of road salt spray where I live.

I planned on leaving it on for longer, but figured it was time as its exposed to road salt.

Right around 6,000 miles

No gap. It was cut with a razor to look at the screen. I was going to cut more off but it was quite tough.

This filter was used in a 1987 Nissan plow truck for 6 years. It was changed out for a OEM filter as seen in last picture.

The L110 tractor has 350 hours on it. Unknown hours on this filter. Although it has been in service for 4 years.
