I don't know about increasing productivity, but when I worked 3rds at a 24/7/365 place I did 1 14hr shift, 2 12hr shifts, and 4 days off. It was awesome, I felt like I was working part time with full time hours.

Replaced with the same, I picked up a 5 pack a while back, about $4 per which ain't bad for OEM. I've got the other 4 still left, i haven't really been motivated to move away from these yet, they do great.

Just found it. Thanks for getting it on here! I like that extra moly compared to the PQIA sample of the PP 0W20, TGMO has so much I figure the Corolla wants it's moly. If you dont mind, any idea why the viscosity @100C is 7.6 on the VOA for the HM and is 8.3 on the PQIA for PP 0W20? Thanks...
