Is Oil Good After 70 Years? Project Farm finds out.

so if he has a freezer that goes to -40f, why does he routinely test oils at -15f? He has an agenda and knows that at that temp a lower viscosity will flow faster. That if he truly wanted to test cold performance 5 or 10f lower and you would see real base oils.

Redline sI-1 boroscoped I week later!

Amazon stupid low price on this stuff for 89 bucks a case of 12! I bought the same exact case on sale for 102 bucks. I showed my brother in law and friends these video's, so they bought some of my stock off me, lol. Man I'm gonna regret not getting this deal. I just can't store this item, I...

FPPF: Polar Power & Total Power

TP sds I don't prefer all in ones when there is no need for anti gel as d1 is so good these days. I'd look at sulfur alternatives IE lubricity products and injector cleaners if it were me. Are you using d2 at all? If not either of those products are a waste.

Redline sI-1 boroscoped I week later!

I emailed Dave from redline and asked him that very question. I assume you are right, w/o naming names those pics came from a guy who ran a bottle of something that reported an even higher % PEA, and yet his piton tops had zero "visible" cleaning with said product. Clearly this pour in works...

Ram Hemi hydraulic lifter failure...oil related?

Ram Forum has one, it's been so long I forgot the wear numbers values, just that some of the numbers were like 10 times normal hemi wear, which is already a high wear engine. Somewhere in the 400-600ppm range, don't remember which metals. The engine was also ticking. He did 3 uoa's and then it...

Does it hurt amsoil to have lesser quality lineups? There are many applications where the stoutness of their high end line aren't appropriate, this addresses that. I wouldn't run it just because for those said applications there are cheaper choices, without sacrificing anything.

Either way I'm not impressed with it personally. That tbn is downright poor for a synthetic oil costing ten bucks. I was however pleased it has some moly.

    Redline Professional Series 5w20

Well, it's was Corey's error, he forgot to write it down and Blackstone assumed visc based on cst, but this oil is 0w20. If mods think to change it in title, cool.

    Redline Professional Series 5w20

This might be 0w20, don't know for sure but it was labeled 5w20. I am posting for Corey, maybe he will shed light if that was a typo. In my experience Blackstone is very good.
