    9mm ammo

Only issue I have had with target ammo is some winchester whitebox I bought around 2005- the rounds wee keyholing at every range out of my Glock 27, and everything past 10 yards out of my G35. Besides that I had some wolf 45 ACP fail to chamber in my Ruger SR1911. It shot fine out of my Para though.

    9mm ammo

Here's the deal with ammo- extremes=bad. Extremely heavy and slow, bad. Extremely fast and light, bad. Middle of the road gives you the best combination of velocity, penetration and expansion. In my 9mms I carry 124gr standard or 124 grain +p, usually Winchester Ranger or Gold Dot. Other rules...

Gentlemen----who cares what other put in their engines? Put what you want in yours. You aint convincing anyone who isnt asking for advice, (such as starting a thread asking for advice!) trust me, thats human nature. New 2014 Kia Forte - Oil @ filter recommendations

Well, the wife got a new leased 2014 Kia Forte KOUP. 2.0L GDI engine, 6 speed auto. Clearly we wont be modding the car (lease), but I will be doing maintenance. Recommended grade is 5w-20. Anyone ever service one of these cars? Any issues? With the GDI and possible crankcase vapors carboning the...

Media bias against light truck owners

I used to worry about fuel consumption, etc. Now I worry about towing my trailer safely and not getting stuck when hunting. Nothing will cause a nasty wreck like losing control of your trailer trying to tow it without enough truck! Hence- 4x4 F250.

    oil burner suggestions

I would try a HM type oil in the recommended grade. I am a little iffy on 40 grades in OHC engines.
