    This forum has a lot of completely unneeded thread killing comments. I am looking for two things. Convenience and affordability. What is wrong with that? Fluid film is not thick enough for this application.

    I wouldn't pull the petcocks. Pull the lower rad hose. The petcocks break. Rad hose is cheap. A new radiator is a pain to replace.

    I really like the look of the evans. I think I would use it after a full rebuild when everything is dry. I don't see how you can eliminate all the water. I think 3% is the max you can have.

    I am prepping for my head cam swap. Lifters soaking in oil final parts accumulating. Heads cam swap. The entire coolant system will be emptied. What is the go to coolant?? Refill with plain dexcool or walmart super tech. Which has worked perfectly for me in a number of applications or something...

    Well after a year of ownership. Stickers are gone. Paint was flawless underneath. Car didn't miss a beat drove it 13k miles. Changed oil and brakes so far. Went for brake improvement. Super happy with car. For the price paid vs buying new, I am still way ahead of even a pre owned toyota...

    Not for driving but for soaking new lifters prior to install. I want a super light oil penetrate into the lifters. maybe just one of these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/luc-10281-1/overview/ going to run a high zzp oil for first start and miles with new cam.

    I have a fast LSXRT, 90mm TB and 4" intake flow into heads should be ok. Fueling I am sure will be maxed out. I have the injectors being pushed now can't imagine after heads.
