    Massive Fail at Lowes Yesterday

I don't understand why you'd need the store to cut the boards. Buy the planks you need, throw them in the back of your truck, and cut them when you get home. Life doesn't have to be hard....

    Router Recommendations

No experience with that model in particular; but I'm on my 2nd ASUS router & I can't complain about them. I just picked up the RT-AX86U Pro and my SpeedTest numbers jumped 10X from my old 2013 ASUS router. I'd say get as long as it's WiFi 6, either ASUS or TP-Link will work well.

    Recommendations for gas handheld blower

either the Echo or Stihl you mentioned are good choices. I have an older Stihl & it does the job, although I did have to replace the crappy Chinesium Zama carb this year.

Thumping/clunking from rear end area what could it be?

Noise changes from accel to coast tells me it's in the rear diff (on a traditional setup). Not familiar with yours, but it's gotta have a ring & pinion in there somewhere...my money is on the center section being junk.

    Suspension repairs question

Replace the struts, sway bar links, and lower control arms. The complete control arm will get the ball joints AND bushings. Use OEM parts, preferably. Have the outer tie rods inspected & go from there.

Truck was stolen while on family trip

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. You'll never see it again, probably already in Mexico hauling drugs for the cartel. Fight to get a good payout based on today's value, not pre China-virus prices. Good luck!

Jacking up my pickup to do brakes

What truck with a full frame is this? My Chevy 1/2 ton has plenty of spots to jack & place stands.

Euro Spec Oil in GM Vehicle?

I'd run the Costco 5W-30 & drive it like I stole it. Couple of 2-3K changes then every 5K.

Finally had to bite the bullet: Michelin Defender LTX M/S

I run a set of Michelins in the summer. In November, I swap them out for 3PMSF Grabbers. If I lived outside sno country, I could see running the Michelins year-round.

"Bring Your Own Bottle" Bulk Oil Purchase?

I have a 6-8 5 qt jugs I recycle for the old oil to be properly disposed of. New jugs get tossed in the regular trash, along with the old filter.

For those in the Midwest: How did your battery do over the cold snap?

Fine. I dumped my daily driver in the yard & took my truck, which lives in the garage.
