I have... ah... 'failed' to properly water my boat and sump pump batteries in the past. After charging, watering, charging several times, the capacity as measured by capacitance, rose back to normal levels. So it may be useful for you. But as cautioned before, wear face and body protection...

Love my '16. Wife is going to get either a CX-5 or RAV4 hybrid. I hate to say it, but the RAV4 *hybrid* is quieter, and rides better than the '24 CX-5. Course, it's many thousands more dollars, too, and that battery... :(

Air can get into the wheel cylinder thru the threads, when you loosen the bleeder. I put some thick grease over the thread/cylinder junction, after loosening the bleeders. That keeps air from being sucked back in.

I bolted my 2' directv dish to the *side* of my garage. Protected from wind, and somewhat from snow. Makes it easy to run a ground rod, also.

I think you could coat the spark plug insulator with dielectric grease, which is an insulator, and would stop oil short-circuiting the plug. A quick fix, for now. And torque those plugs down per specs.

These types of detectors respond VERY slowly. You can google the 'requirements'. You will be shocked, and you should know that you could be seriously affected before any of these typical detectors alarms. It can take literal *hours* before a unit will alarm, at lower, but still dangerous...

Change the fuel filter! That fixed my issue.

If they were original plugs, they may have had paint on them. If the scope didn't show debris, probably isn't any. You could always flush the cylinder with brake cleaner, and then make SURE to put some oil down the plug hole, to lube the rings before running.

I run Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-30 in my 2016 CX-5. I do mostly short trips, and change when the car's Oil Life Monitor tells me to. The 2.5 engines seem to dilute the oil with fuel, due to direct fuel injection, so you need to keep that in mind for more frequent oil changes.
