Doubt it has had oil in the coolant. The overflow tank on both my f150s with 5.4s look like that. They just did a poor job flushing the tank when the coolant was changed, if it even has been changed.

Find a carquest or advanced auto store and get the carquest premium. You can even order them online with free shipping when you spend $35. In my opinion carquest premium is the best bang for the buck right now.

Get the m18 inflator. I've aired up tractor tires with mine. Works great.

Found a couple of quarts of 5w30 Castrol gtx in my Dad's shop while looking for old open quarts to use in my old farm tractor air filter. Any idea how old these are? I may use them in my 2008 F150 5.4 for the next oil change.

I picked up a couple of the blue carquest filters last week to use on my 5.4 F150 in place of motorcraft fl820s. Look like a nice filter, and cheaper than the motorcraft.

My 2022 does does this, just think it's dirty brake pads. My 2008 f150 did the same thing with factory pads on it.

I'm not giving a tip if I'm standing up while placing my order.

Get the Milwaukee m18 inflater. You'll never drag a air hose around again. You'll be impressed, I know I was. Just set the pressure you want and hit go. Shuts off on its own.

I tried buying oil filters from Amazon during covid when I couldn't find them in any store. They shipped them in a plastic bag. The filter boxes where destroyed and the filters where all dented up.
