I learned on two occasions that if a vehicle has problems the first 10000 miles get a buy back. They were problems constantly after that. At the min get an extended Toyota Warranty.

If you are going to keep it GET an extended Toyota Warranty.

If you remove the wiper cowl you can replace the rear plugs with out removing the intake or TB. Ive done it.

This is why I get a lawyer FIRST.

For best results, use a scan tool. scangauge II works well. For older 5 speeds its 170 degrees if I remember correctly.

Severe service for Toyotas is LESS than 10000 miles. Also 1 year max on oil changes

There seems to be some evidence that on Toyotas not changing every 5 years eats the head gaskets. Some kind of reaction? I change mine every 5 years. Better for everything.

Some of the older ones had a drive spline slipping/binding noise in the front transmission yoke. Not much you can do about that.

Check for oil leaks around the timing cover on the 2003 Camry XLE V6 . Also check head gasket and coolant needs to be replaced. Also check the VTC oil cooler hose and make sure its metal.

At 11 years old price is too high even with low miles. All fluids need to be changed because of age.

good grief. The thicker oil causes the tensioner not to operate properly when the tensioner is designed for thinner oil I'm out of here........

Engine is good and trans but if you are cutting rough, high grass or a yard that is not smooth the deck will not hold up
